Burnham Copse left Queen Mary's College this May victorious. They performed well to get to the final. After extra time the scores were still level, so it was decided that the trophies and certificates would be shared!
Burnham Copse come second in football rally

The annual football and netball rally took place at Burnham Copse on Thursday 11th March 2010. All local schools in the Tadley area participated, with Mr Bound returning to Burnham Copse to present the tophies to the winning teams.
BCP Teddies Reach Africa!

The teddy bears knitted by the children who attend knitting club have reached the children in Africa. The children have been working hard on their bears and, just before the end of last year, the teddies were taken to Africa.

Football team reach semi final at QMC

On Tuesday 19th May, Burnham Copse took 2 football teams to Queen Mary's College to play in a football tournament run by the QMC students. The B team played well but unfortunately only won one game. The A team go to the semi final of the tournament, losing narrowly to St. Annes.

Burnham Copse held their annual Spring Challenge recently, organised by Mrs. Ball. Each child was given the opportunity to create an Easter Bonnet, which was to be judged by the children during break and lunch times. The winners have been announced and the prizes have been given out!
Netball success at Tadley Rally

The annual Tadley Rally was held at Burnham Copse on 31st March 2009. Children from all the local junior and primary schools attended both football and netball competitions.
BCP raises over £200 for Comic Relief

On Friday 13th March 2009, the children of Burnham Copse raised money for Comic relief. A number of activities went on throughout the day and the children dressed up for the day.
BCP wins 1st Prize in Art Competition

Burnham Copse Primary School has won first prize in the art competition run by Tadley Town Council. Children from each class across the school created a piece of art work that was displayed at the Alan Ambrose centre, where members of the general public voted it the winning display.
Author Val Wilding Visits Burnham Copse

On Monday 23rd March, author Val Wilding visited Burnham Copse. She provided each class across the school with a workshop and gave the children the opportunity to purchase signed books of hers.
