_{The new Governing body for Burnham Copse Primary School was formed on 1st March 2007, and, without further ado, set to on its mission to raise the standards as quickly as possible.}

_{To be part of the process of the birth of a new school is a rare experience these days, and one which we are all relishing. We are fully conscious of both our role and our responsibility in ensuring Burnham Copse Primary is a school to be proud of, and that the children in our care are happy, well educated and thriving.}

_{The aim of the Governing Body is to encourage both staff and children to work together in achieving their full potential. We are fortunate in having staff, and a Headteacher, who are committed to the vision of a new school, rising from the ashes, and are prepared to go the extra mile in order to make it a success.}

_{We hope that our children, and their parents, enjoy their time at Burnham Copse Primary, and leave with a sense of achievement, a balanced education and many happy memories.}
